Velux blind is coming away at the edges only after 2 months use. I have fitted these often and replaced faulty blinds after a few years (frustrating as only a small plastic part is at fault and causes the whole unit to be broken), and already this is not functioning

I wanted to point out about the complete and utter waste of money, quite expensive too, that this product is. Please feel free to forward this to anyone who cares to take an interest in after sales/ customer care. I do NOT care for a phone call as this will resolve nothing. Just wanted to inform Velux on how this product was a, in my opinion, complete rip off. Better to tell people how to maintain, rather than sell them this shoddy product.

Great customer service, one blind arrived with an open end (damaged in transit), a replacement blinds was dispatched immediately…very refreshing to find excellent customer care

Oct 28th money paid for blind order. NO DELIVERY NO ACTION FROM VELUX. STILL WAITING

I still haven’t received my order. The delivery time should be stated at the point of purchase as I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d know it would take so long. I ordered on 26th October and I’m now being told it will be 12th November before it’s delivered.
