Following discussion with customer service about the type of replacement blind for my old Velux windows, I ordered two blackout blinds which were delivered promptly. Sadly, one of the packages was damaged and, on opening the box, I found that one of the side frames had been bent. After informing customer service, a new replacement blind was sent without any argument. I have now replaced both blinds and they look absolutely splendid. I am impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend these products.
