its very confusing which blinks ae internal; or external etc so you just need to improve that.

Ordered 2 samples free of charge. Plan to order the blinds. The product appears to be fit for purpose. The fabric feels robust. Silver to reflect the heat on one side, & a choice of colours to suit the interior decor on the reverse side...

This is the first time I have ordered from velux It was very straight forward the item was dispatched and delivered promptly. It was very easy to install no adjustments needed.

If you must redesign a blind it would be very helpful if you made it to be held in place by the clips already designed for this purpose on the window frame or, alternatively, be able to supply new clips that enable fitting by one person ( I live alone!). I am unimpressed with the redesigned product to say the least!!

I was told blinds to be delivered Tuesday.I waited in all day. No delivery.No track and trace. No phone call to tell me of delivery . Telephoned Velux today.Spoke to Katz. Nice lady but did not seem to be in a position to help.So I am still waiting with no idea of when blinds due to be delivered.. Dreadful customer service M Leonard
