I love the blind but the instructions need some words. It is all very well trying to avoid languages but Step 8 is unclear - what is the click on grey button for? Even the QR video only shows you how to attach the button but does not explain what purpose it has. I eventually called in to be told (after a 20 minute wait) it is only for manual opertation of the blind. No use if your window is high up. My blind came with part of the plastic backing unit next to the solar unit detatched in the box. I only discovered after installation this should have been attached and after calling in and showing an agent my spare part, I had the task of taking it all back down from a high window on ladders and reattaching the plastic. This was very hard given the red retainers were now removed and the blind unravelled. A bit of a faff and I was worried about dmaaging the fabric. Overall I am pleased with it but it wasnt without challenges to install and I like these type of tasks!!
