blinds arrived damaged and unusable. velux offered quick replacement which is very appreciated, however its not arrived yet. we can blame the courier for it , however the parcel have not been packaged adequately from the seller. and we created another chunk of landfill ( as i was asked by velux to dispose of the damaged blinds) all at the GREED of the velux of not investing in proper packaging. Disappointing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff when I had issue with electric window reset and existing blind replacement. The staff easily directed me and sent me instructions via email which meant I could do it myself instead of paying 100s to a trades person. With everything moving to AI my Velux experience made me realise how nice it is to have the human in the loop.

I ordered samples at least seven days ago and I have not yet received them. The shop i wish to purchase my blinds from as they also fit the blinds also ordered some samples for me and they haven't arrived either. Disappointed!

Still not received it, why do you use Evri, they are appalling. If I’d known you used Evri I would not have ordered from you.

Do not ship with EVRi, I will not use you again and would not have bought from you had I known you used them. Absolutely terrible courier and consistently the worst performing in the Scotland. Still no delivery as there has been a "problem"
