My order hasn\'t arrived yet. The package was due two days ago. Hopefully they\'ll turn up tomorrow when I\'m out.
Easy to order and received as scheduled. Had to phone customer services for advice a couple of times and both times they were very helpful and friendly and ensured that I had all the information I needed.
I haven\'t installed the new blind yet. However the customer service was efficient and friendly. My old blind lasted much longer than expected. I\'m very pleased with Velux.
