I was delighted with every aspect except that the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing! After ordering I had to go away, so I contacted you to ask for the delivery not to take place before my return date. I was informed it wouldn’t be until 9 October, well after my return. While I was away I received an email that seemed to me to suggest the blind was about to be delivered. I emailed you and got a reply reassuring me it wasn’t going to be delivered until 9 October…. When I got home on Monday 2nd there was a card telling me an attempt had been made to deliver my blind, and it was awaiting collection at the local post office!!

Royal Mail said they tried to deliver, when they didn\'t. So my blind was slightly delayed. Not a huge issue. I would prefer that my order arrived with a paper invoice so I didn\'t have to print the PDF one, but most companies seem to have given up on printed receipts / invoices!
