Outraged to find that the all the product essentially was: two foam strips and a small tube of grease/oil. The instruction sheet did not cover the model it was destined for so had to phone in (struggled to find support number) just to get the info. On an upside the easy video link to solve the problem was clever and helpful. But waited ages for such a simple pre-packaged / off the shelf product. Outrageous cost. Finally to replace the paded strip from the vent flap is still proving very difficult as the glue (far stronger than the foam it secures) is impossible to remove successfully. Some release agent would at least go some way to justify the cost: £41.00 for a couple of simple foam strips. Outrage.
