This device is not suitable for blinds alone. It\'s an overpriced piece of equipment that constantly opens the blinds, which is ridiculous. When set to the preloaded program, it opens the blinds regardless of the weather—hot or cold, night or day—without any sense. It\'s expensive and disappointing, and I regret my purchase. Additionally, the Velux app for Android is equally disappointing, with numerous negative reviews and no improvements being made. It\'s frustrating.

I ordered velux blinds which do not fit - still trying to get some sense from velux but Customer service closes at 12 noon on Fridays.

One of the blinds arrived damaged after waiting nearly two weeks for delivery. I called and was told I\'d have to log the return online which I\'ve done. I now have to wait 48 hours for a response and then potentially another two weeks for a replacement. Seemed a bit daft as the two side bars were bent, the blind itself was fine and the side bars couldn\'t be resent separately.

This is the first time I have owned velux windows. I LOVE them but find the website confusing and not user-friendly.
