Had my doubts regarding the size of the blind in view of the age of my window but using the code from the window proved to be 100% correct and the new blind fits perfectly.

Really easy service. I have a 12 year old Velex window in the loft room and I needed a blind for it. I found the reference number on it easily. I found the blind easily on the website. I found it really easy to understand which blind suited my needs. The price was good. It arrived on the planned day and it was really easy to fit. Everything was well planned. It is a great product experience.

Very poor instructions, and so far impossible to install. Screws are inaccessible with product in place and don’t self tap.

Yes you failed to delivery 1 of the 6 items I ordered and paid for so please rectify this asap. Also despite giving you my mobile number your tracking does not involved sending SMSs saying when delivery can be expected
