I have not yet received my new blind ! Your own records should confirm that and hence it is ridiculous for you to send an unsolicited email requesting me to comment upon your service. Once my order has been delivered I may be willing to review my score.

Velux have always been a quality product No other roof window company are anywhere near the Velux standards

A letter to the (apparently non-existent) UK managing director with no reply then a letter to the corporate CEO again no reply, it was only contacting the corporate press office that I had any interaction. VELUX used to be a first class company. Now it has awful customer services. It vaunts Sustainability but is not interested in after-sales service or customer support. There are competitors. USE THEM!!

The core on the duo blinds cuts through the plastic guides. The aluminium facings are fine. I would like the option to only buy a new cartridge, or even better, the the design is adjusted so that the guides fone get cut by the cord.
