Velux blinds are brilliantly designed. They couldn’t be easier to pop in. One or two screws and you’re away.
We had purchased 2 new velux UPVCwindows to replace wooden ones. We left a clip on one by mistake and had to order another. We were very disappointed with the amount of postage for a small clip.It seemed completely too much postage for such a small lightweight item.We were pleased with the clip but not the postage.

I did consider buying buying window blinds from 3rd party manufacturers but decided to go with original Velux blinds. I\'m very glad I did. The installation was quick and easy and fit perfectly on my roof windows. The look and quality are excellent and cost was on par with other manufacturers. I would recommend these all day long.
The customer support centre (Fife) is second to non - I am so impressed thank you Customer service makes a business and you have it 100%
We wanted to update an old blind style and the support advised us how to do this. Went ahead and ordered a replacement and it’s great!

Very happy with the product(duo blackout roller blind - perfect for office/spare room) and quick delivery. Have already ordered a second for our other velux. Looks good and clean movement. The manual was fine and it\'s fairly easy to install, but we used a Youtube video to help with the installation as it just helped clarify a couple of the steps.
