Very happy with quality of product and overall ordering process. My only slightly negative point was that I was simply looking to replace an existing blind which had failed to retract and was simply looking to replace the stand alone blind. At no point in the ordering process was it made clear that the design had changed and that the new blind would also need new aluminium sliders/surrounds.
