Only real gripes are the instructions are hard to follow. Had to resort to watching YouTube videos. Also the screwheads are very easy to round off as you are screwing into wood at difficult angles. Maybe make the screws out of a harder material.

There was no more information after the parcel left GLS courier service where the blinds were initially dispatched. Parcel force took over in the U.K. and tried to deliver my blinds 1 day earlier than the date I requested,. It cost me petrol and time to pick the blinds up from a far distant depot as for work reasons I couldn’t get them re-delivered!
Instructions were shockingly poor. For such an accomplished product you’d expect much better instructions. I had to revert to YouTube. Having never installed one before I almost removed the pre fitted grey guides before reinstalling those supplied!
Replaced an after market product. This is clearly superior, great quality and good value for money.
Product is not a 1-1 replacement per description. This should be made clear while ordering and in installing. Had to call customer service to figure this out! Also, with screws the product is not a perfect fit vs previous click mechanism which provide the perfect blackout. Poor quality upgrade overall
