Great product to install. Every detail thought about. Clear pictorial instructions. For once I was overjoyed that a product fitted precisely as the instructions said.
I was replacing an existing regular blind with a blackout blind. Nowhere did the website say that the blackout blinds use a different fitting to the regular blinds. Also there are no instructions for removing a blind. I managed to carry out the change but a) I spent time working out how to remove the old blind without damage to the window and b) I now have extra holes in the window frame because the fittings and screw sizes of the new blind are different.
Unable to put the house name in is ridiculous and created a real problem with the delivery of the product. Not every house has a number and the format of the address process made it impossible to put a house name in the correct place to aid the delivery driver intact it was nowhere to be seen in delivery note.
Overall absolutely satisfied with the service and product. Would definitely recommend to others.
Really pleased with the quality and ease of use of the blinds. Our builder installed the blinds so we can’t comment on ease of installation. Just waiting for some sun to test their effectiveness!
