Because our windows were old we had to ask for top fixing pads for main cassette- it may be helpful to put on your website a question of how old your windows are then velux can make sure you have all fitting necessary. After phoning we had them within a few days , I would further comment that your customer service was very good.
When we finished installing the blind, we followed the directions on how to open/close the blind and nothing happened. We thought we had a defective blind and was going to contact customer service. But before we did that, we decided to replace the remote batteries and now the blind works great. Obviously, the batteries were old. We hope the solar battery has a longer life span.
The screws that came with the blinds, couldn\'t be used with an ordinary screwdriver. had to use an Allen key.
