I had a great experience! I was a very \"needy\" customer because it was not my home or my blind (but I broke it!) so I needed to be careful in replacing the blind. The replacement instructions (from an older version to a newer) could have been better so I didn\'t have to write to them so many times but they were incredibly kind and helpful when I did.

It was so easy to find the right product using the code on the window and then, when it arrived, fitting was really straightforward and it looks great. There is no chance of it ending up a bit wonky (like most of my DIY), everything fits perfectly and it looks great. Thank you!
Good product but too expensive and delivery speed from time of shipping is shocking
This was a replacement blind. I know blinds are modified over the years but it would be helpful if previous screw holes lined up.
When there was a problem with marks on 2 out of 3 blinds, the company immediately sent out replacements with no argument. Very impressed.
