The shop is confusing especially trying to find where to start shopping tend to go round in a circle
I bought 2 products consecutively, the first one contained a little tool that made the installation possible however the second one didn’t, which I only found out upon its delivery. This was rather difficult as it is a star screwdriver which I don’t believe is too commonly kept at home. Having it in the box would have made everything much easier
I was disappointed that the electric blinds lasted for just 10 years and that the failure was probably a design fault. I say probably as the Velux personnel were well aware of the failure of the electrical connections on the blinds and had doubtless dealt with queries about this before I had a problem. I would describe the agent who I contacted at The Roof Window Store as rude. If you want to turn your potential customers off she\'s the right lady to do it.
I\'ve fitted various blinds from different companies and I\'ve got to say it was a dream fitting your blinds I\'ve got 6 more to fit so I will definitely be re-ordering from VELUX
Brilliant! How easy is this to install, whoever came up with this idiot proof bracket design needs a raise. Simple effective engineering.
The whole process of ordering and installing new blinds was so much easier than I has imagined.
Can\'t comment on the product as not yet received. 4 weeks delivery time is pretty poor in this day and age. Hopefully when the blind finally arrives, it will be good
