Please do not use Parcel Force. Your delivery was exceptional until the order reached the UK. Their customer service is appalling when there are issues and they leave their mess for the customer to sort out. Unfortunately this leaves a bad impression of your company unnecessarily.

I requested delivery no sooner than 24/7 - but despite 2 separate verbal reassurances and several emails confirming the delivery would not be made sooner than 24/7 - the blinds were delivered to my neighbour on 19/7, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. Delivery communication was very poor.
