I installed the blind myself although I had not done it before! I found the video helpful but relied more on the paper instructions for step by step use.

As difficult it might be to source an alternative delivery/courier option, Parcel Force does not reflect the quality of product and service Velux prides itself on.

The blind lets more light in than the last one. Also the courier service was abysmal

Late delivery by weeks not days. Call centre gave me three different delivery dates on each call .

My only issue was the red retaining clips on two of the blinds had came loose on one side.
