I ordered 6 velux blinds, realised the next day I needed 2 more and you were not able to to add them to my order. Also you were not able to match the same price (day later remember) £40 more expensive. Hence I returned the other 6 I had bought the day before and bought 8 blinds on another website. I did tell the nice lady on the phone but she was unable to use her common sense and did the return for me. Common sense is key in business
I had to cancel my order as no-one rang regarding access and the delivery driver was unable to deliver. I was told no-one contacted me regarding access because my order was placed online but I do not feel this is an adequate response.
My blind makes a loud creaking sound when it it opening up or closing and certain points. Would be nice to know how I can fix this. Otherwise Installation was simple and the product seems great so far. Time will show how durable it is
I still haven’t received our order, all I am being told is they cannot locate my address! Everyone else delivery’s here so why are they struggling! I gave my phone number with the order so it would make sense to call me! So far they have attempted twice and are trying again tomorrow, but as they have not asked for more details and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to give more details I don’t see what is going to be different. Ordering online etc. was great but delivery sounded vague and is now proving very difficult.
Said delivery was 9th April. It arrived on the 5th. How can we plan to be in, if it doesn\'t arrive on the date specified?
I specifically asked for 9 April delivery. You ignored that and delivered it on 4th April Both ends of box damaged on arrival.
