The blind is superb and has transformed the bedroom. It was easy to install and came with beautifully clear instructions though for ages we were trying to screw in the tiny screws with the wrong screwdriver! Then we worked out we needed a hexagonal screwdriver which baffled us and we had to go and ask in a shop and buy a whole set. We think you must have chosen these unusual screws because they are more attractive - they are! But might be good to mention it in the instructions.
The blind adjustment is really tricky as the slats are very tight to the edge and takes a lot of fiddling to organise overall the blind is amazing and really does the job thanks so much oh it would be great to have wooden slats if possible
Removing the old cassette was problematic and there were no clear instructions. It took me the best part of an hour. This needs to be improved
Requested delivery 5 August due to absence. You delivered on 1 or 2 August - totally useless. Why ask customers to choose a date if you just ignore it?
Love the product and practicality of it. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done getting blackout solar owned blinds. They’re absolutely money well spent. They make our life so easy and so well worth the money. I’ve also got £102 worth of link device for free that enables me to operate the blinds from my phone. It’s genius.
