My parcel was fully open , torn at one end , I only accepted after examination of the goods .... I was pretty sure it was all there , driver was just leaving it at door until I stopped him by saying I was returning it , faulty packaging, he was reluctant for me to thoroughly examine as he was in a hurry, had too many calls to make.... Luckily it was all there , product works well .

I bought two blinds so far for 2 out of my 8 Velux windows paying full price for the original brand and honestly I'm not sure why I have paid double these are like seconds quality. The blinds I ordered, which are white by the way arrived pre-marked with dirt on and the VELUX stickers are on wonky. They look like knock offs.

The instructions to fit the item could be more specific. Otherwise very good value as we have wanted one for years.

The shorter blinds (765W x740L) fit well but the longer blinds (765W x 1360L) do not glide easily in the tracks and I need to be careful when opening them. As they are custom made I would expect all the blinds to perform well. The installation video is helpful but it would be good if it also included how to easily remove the original fitted blinds.

I had 4 adapters as part of my order. Each came in separate outer packaging big enough to hold 18 adapters. Why weren’t they just put in one package?? Blinds, as always, first class!

I still haven’t received my blinds as the delivery company keeps saying they are delayed. I am starting to think they have been lost. Evri is a very unreliable delivery agent and I would have second thoughts about ordering from you again if they are the only delivery option.
