I wouldn't have been able to install the blind with only the paper instructions supplied. The YouTube videos were excellent though. The installation method is pure genius - those spacers on the small parts work really well.

The blinds are lovely and well made. They were easy to install and they work really well.There was a small mark on each of the blinds when we pulled them down, however I managed to get most of it cleaned off.

I haven't tried to put the blinds up yet so this review is solely on your customer service team. Twice I have phoned for separate orders and twice they have been incredibly helpful and friendly.

The blinds were easy to order as the website is well organised and explains how to find your particular window size I reasoned too late that there was an option to request fabric samples, however I am more than happy with the colour of the blinds that I have received I needed some clarification with customer service who responded within I very quick time frame Would recommended
