Shipping was a long drawn out experience. Not realising it wasn’t UK based I followed the lengthy tracking right through another country till it was released from customs and entered the uk. Then no further tracking after it was delivered to the final depot. Not knowing where that was I was surprised when it got delivered to me well before the estimated delivery date.

Terrible delivery service . My order of 3 blinds and brackets has been split with the blinds coming by one delivery and the brackets still remaining undelivered . Tracking and delivery information Pathetic overall from the moment I placed my order

If the unit could clip in to the frame brackets it would be easier when locating screws. Excellent quality product looks the business.
