Requested a delivery date of April Monday 22nd as I work offshore and wasn\'t back till the 20th . It says on invoice delivery date 22nd but was delivered on Wednesday 17th to a neighboor. Why put on your website a delivery to my convenience when I know I would be home if your just going to deliver whenever you want .
oh yes , right why is it that every company feels the need to get a review , ( I bouht one product , It was exactly what i wanted it fitted and it does its job I would expect nothing less from yours or anybody else company) your help department was spot on when i rang with a question and stayed on the phone while I rectified it . Now I\'m on the tools and work on houses every day , but for the life of me i could not figure out the picture instructions for the blind i was to fit . perhaps thats an area you could look at >
Great product , better than expected , will be interested to see how it endures over time and use
Velux are the best on the market in my opinion. Anything else would be an unacceptable compromise.,

My only negative is that the colour was bluer than it appeared on the website. I wanted a more green colour
Some very small parts were missing from the fitting pack. These have been ordered but are going to take over three weeks to deliver. In the meantime the new blind cannot be used.
