I couldn’t understand why the little plastic clips I needed came a day later in the biggest box possible when I ordered both items on the same day and ordered together, overall very satisfied

Item was exactly as required and took 10-15mins to install after reading the thorough instructions. Took me longer to find the step ladders than installation time! Definately best to stick with the self branded product as the ease of install was worth it over any unbranded savings.

The item I ordered was free (a hub). It makes the windows ordered far more easy to use as it connects directly to my smart home.

I wouldn't have been able to install the blind with only the paper instructions supplied. The YouTube videos were excellent though. The installation method is pure genius - those spacers on the small parts work really well.

The blinds are lovely and well made. They were easy to install and they work really well.There was a small mark on each of the blinds when we pulled them down, however I managed to get most of it cleaned off.
