Customer services were outstanding. They were very helpful and knew the product and how to fit Velux blinds really well. Impressive and I wish all customer service personnel were as good as yours. Thank you

I ordered 3 blinds and seven other items. The 7 items all came in separate boxes with 6 of them in Jiffy bags as well, this was a total waste of resources as six of them would have fitted into 1 box with room to spare. I’m sure the delivery cost to your company was more than the value of the 6 items. Whoever picked and packed them wants firing!!

Although we thought we'd ordered the same blind as previously, it was different (as explained over the phone), with inadequate instructions (needed explanatory instrucs. as well as pics) making it unnecessarily difficult to install. The Evri delivery was 2 days late, with no proper updates at all - in my experience they're the worst in the UK (see the recent Panorama programme).
