The colour selection for standard windows is very limited. We discussed with customer representative, but it wasn’t possible to get the colour we wanted for what we thought were standard windows. A point to make to customers is that you need a hexagonal shaped screw driver to fit the screws.

I couldn’t understand why the little plastic clips I needed came a day later in the biggest box possible when I ordered both items on the same day and ordered together, overall very satisfied

Item was exactly as required and took 10-15mins to install after reading the thorough instructions. Took me longer to find the step ladders than installation time! Definately best to stick with the self branded product as the ease of install was worth it over any unbranded savings.
