This is the first time I have owned velux windows. I LOVE them but find the website confusing and not user-friendly.
Excellent product and I spoke to customer service to sort get a later delivery date and she was Excellent too.
The colour match service- the blinds are a completely different colour to the one we requested
Had my doubts regarding the size of the blind in view of the age of my window but using the code from the window proved to be 100% correct and the new blind fits perfectly.
Really easy service. I have a 12 year old Velex window in the loft room and I needed a blind for it. I found the reference number on it easily. I found the blind easily on the website. I found it really easy to understand which blind suited my needs. The price was good. It arrived on the planned day and it was really easy to fit. Everything was well planned. It is a great product experience.
