Very poor instructions, and so far impossible to install. Screws are inaccessible with product in place and don’t self tap.

Yes you failed to delivery 1 of the 6 items I ordered and paid for so please rectify this asap. Also despite giving you my mobile number your tracking does not involved sending SMSs saying when delivery can be expected

Blind arrived in a box that was torn open and took weeks to arrive after it left your warehouse

Product is inferior and does not function as a blackout blind. When issue raised with customer service, the response was let it settle over time. This is not acceptable. It is an expensive product compared to alternates on the market and should function as sold.
