I have been really impressed and pleased with the individual advice via customer service , as I was anxious choosing the right blinds for our over 20yr old windows. Ordered in December but could not fit until room decorated. Then found decorator had removed crucial original brackets! Back to customer service and website info for advice. New little brackets sourced and fitted. Approached installation with some trepidation but with very clear paper instructions plus the guide on the App… I eventually succeeded! Thrilled! Brilliant instructions
