Some confusion around the quoted delivery dates but negated by the excellent product, instructions and ease of ordering.

The original Velux blackout blind with the filter attachment only lasted two years before the cords broke which I think is too short a time . I hope the simple blackout blind lasts better .

It felt a bit laborious working through the ordering process, but it did make sure that I ordered the right thing. I am very impressed with the ease of fitting and the quality of the products, and also the response of customer service when I had a query.

It is disappointing that that velux hub is not compatible with Amazon Alexa. This is is the only thing that would have made me consider another supplier.
