It was so nice, and refreshing, to receive a quick and positive response that dealt effectively with the enquiry I made and resolved the issue for me.
The delivery was delayed although it was showing as Friday. It didn’t arrive on time and as a result had to wait for Monday which caused installation delays. However the product and assembly instructions were brilliant, very well made and very pleased with the blinds
Come on guys! ... Cross head screws or slotted head screws...not the weird hybrid with a TINY hexagonal slot...almost impossible to find a tool to tighten them with. Try just going conventional and simple
The blinds fit so well and even though I need help to fit they are perfect and of very good quality
