My only disappointment was that I PAID £6.50 extra I think it was for 2 grey plastic keeps at the top of the window which were NOT included in my package and no mention of them on my receipt. Fortunately when I removed the old blind they were already there so I didn\'t need them. I would have been very upset if I couldn\'t have fixed the blind when I did. Was originally told delivery would be 12th June & as I will be away on that day asked for it to be delivered 17th June. Arrived 6th June. Lucky I was at home. Please read when customers request items to be delivered.
Not delivered! Have received delivery note but no blinds. Rang and was promised a date, but they didn’t turn up. Mailed company and had no reply
I bought solar blinds. Great colour choice so I could match the paint. Extremely easy to install. Free bridge means we’ve been able to set up automatic opening and closing. I thought £400 was expensive for two blinds but the quality seems excellent.
Paid over £36 for maintenance kit for velux loft window pre 2014. So disappointed wit the quality the kit, 2 pieces of foam and grease. Shocking value for money. Won’t be buying from this company again at this cost. When the kit arrived as only had two options for maintenance kit and my window was 2009 and bought pre 2014. So not clear on instructions to match my window what to do. Will no doubt you tube what to do No delivery options and not sure when would be delivered by who. The instructions are pictures.
As my last comments regarding my last order I still think more colour options should be available for the frame work not just white or brushed steel
