Could not fault the service I received, had a query and it was sorted with no fuss to my advantage.
Overall I was delighted with the service. The product itself is of a high standard lovely colour! I ordered the new range colour shade “lake’!!!!
An excellent all round service, my blind had a small fault on the material, after contacting customer services this was rectified instantly by replacing the whole blind , excellent service A**
Great solar blind for old Velux window, graphic fitting instructions a mild challenge! Fitting bracket delivered by van one week after blind. 2ndclass post would have been a lot quicker. Overall very pleased with blind though.

Unclear on ordering white option that the insect screen would still be black. Instructions very vague/pictures only that are difficult to interpret including equipment, doesn’t advise how to use the blind. For the price would expect tool torx 15 to be included which isn’t an essential part of a basic toolbox. Customer services not always very quick to understand your query and commenced both times by refuting issue instead of understanding which is frustrating. Rang twice.
The product was replacing an existing blind. The replacement was extremelly well presented with excellent installation instructions. Delivered in advance of the expected date.
The replacement black out blinds are not as effective as the original blinds for keeping sunlight out. Light comes through at the top section of the blind.
