Please make the fitting instructions a little more clear.. Because the pictures are no small it tricky understanding what you mean.
My order was despatched in two packages. However one package was damaged in transit and return to the sender by Parcel Force. Not the fault of Velux and Customer Services promptly raised an order for replacement to be sent. However as the product is coming from France there is a two week wait which is a little frustrating.
