Purchased a replacement blind and on removal of faulty blind noticed that the problem was a broken cord guide on one side,I purchased replacement cord guides from loft solutions not realising that they were Velux I now have a spare Velux blind.
Delivery was a day later than stipulated - not a big deal. Instructions are terrible! Also the top of the blind doesn’t slot into place and stay, it’s loose, so fitting it is technically simple, but a challenge as everything has to be held in place and fixed at the same time.
