Overall I was disappointed with how VELUX customer service responded to my query. I received wrong colour items but decided to put up with it. I think the problem is really with how things are presented on the website. I’ve been internet shopping for years but I found this experience difficult and not satisfactory. I hope my blinds last long enough that I can move house before I have to replace anymore!! I hope I never have to buy velux windows or blinds at my next home.
