Delivery was not great. The roller shutter was left by the door. The second package was delivered to the wrong house 500 meters away. There was no way to communicate with the delivery company.

I was not notified of the day the carrier was picking up the return. I did not get a notification that VELUX had received the return. The return process is lengthy and complicated compared to other companies. Would have preferred to send my return back by post. Communication is poor.

I am very happy with the delivery service and quality of the product and I would purchase again. My blinds are damaged and are waiting for customer service to respond to my email.

Came early, but wife hadn't finish decorating. Team effort to put up. Wife read the instruction and myself and son did as we were told. Room now dark!
