I needed to check with customer services as I was replacing an old blind with a product code no longer current. Customer services were very helpful and volunteered some comments on how to remove the old blind.

Customer services were outstanding. They were very helpful and knew the product and how to fit Velux blinds really well. Impressive and I wish all customer service personnel were as good as yours. Thank you
