Very impressed with your customer service. We had a problem with the blind when it was delivered as it was damaged. The customer service team turned what could have been a negative experience into a truly positive one with how they dealt with the situation.

The picture only instructions aren't very clear of you've never fitted a Velux blind previously.

The goods were delivered to the wrong address - no response to repeated attempts to contact and get this rectified - complete failure of order - not good..

Yes I had a little difficulty fitting your blind due to the orientation of my VELUX roof window and the instructions. but the gentleman who guided me through the problem was very helpful and very patient with me which was much appreciated and solved the problem. I would never have resolved it without his help. Thank you.
