These blinds are really good quality and easy to install. While buying several blinds was a sizeable investment I’m hopeful they last a very long time.

Blackout blind was easy to install on a GGL7, fly screen works like a dream - fldly to make and is a two person job on such a big window, but worth every penny! A+

I understand you have not put any narrative on the maintenance kit instructions, because of all the languages. But this only works if the diagrams are of high quality. This is the first time I have purchased one of these kits and I’m a practical chap but the diagrams are not clear.

We love the blinds. However, they are not cheap (~£100 each) and it is a bit disappointing that we have had to replace all 8 blinds after 10 to 15 years use.

I’m still waiting for the delivery of a replacement handle that I ordered 2 weeks ago and your website said I would have it in 7 days.
