Product I received was the wrong size after giving the correct Velux No as on the Velux window - disappointed as waited 2 weeks for delivery and now waiting for reply for product to be collected for return . So please check with company to make sure it the correct size they are delivering.

You do not include new brackets! This makes alignment more difficult for the fitter. For the money that is paid, EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FIT A NEW BLIND SHOULD BE INCLUDED! I believe it is penny pinching on your part, rather than a concern for the environment - which is the only other good reason I can think of.

My only negative is that compared to the other two blinds we had from Velux a few years ago, the overall quality doesn't seem as good - the blind material seems thinner/has some waves in it whereas previous ones always look taut/fit perfectly. No matter how I tried, the side rails would not fit flush against the blind element so the corners were more obvious rather than a smooth finish all round.

Blind was delivered.defective. Online portal for return has been completed and also an email sent but I have yet to hear anything back or even confirmation of receipt.
