An excellent, easy to install blind. I had to improvise a little as I was removing a third party blind which caused me to fill holes left by it in order to attach Velux parts. Other than that it would have taken me about 30 minutes to install. Thank you.

Only 6 screws needed in installation. Got 14 in pack. Only 2 holes in side pieces but 3 on illustration!

I have ordered this item previously, replacing 2 blinds over 10 years... this one was very poorly finished, and the mitred corners badly cut. I was very disappointed as I have been pleased in the past. Also, it came from Fife at most a 2 hour drive, so the delivery was dismally slow at 10 days.

I've used Velux in the past and have always found the process of ordering and installing parts and blinds extremely easy. When I needed to contact Customer Support, I've found the agents friendly, courteous and professional.
