Part of my order came from France which took a longer time to arrive. The usual small screwdriver that is usually supplied would have been helpful and the red clips which help hold blind in place when installing would also have been helpful to have had. The blind kit (4 little plastic clips) arrived separately, in 2 big boxes and I was charged £14 for these which seem rather overpriced.

Only one issue although there is a picture of a screw driver it is not clear and not stated anywhere that you require a 2mm hex end. Lucky for me i have one not so lucky for most people who probably don,t. everything else however is excellent and super easy to install.

Delivery was not great very slow. Blinds are nice but over priced for what they are .

The installation instructions were fine, but this was a replacement. The instructions on how to remove the existing broken one were poor.

The website is very well designed to identify your existing window size and select the appropriate blind easily. This gave me confidence to buy. The blind fit perfectly in the window.

A day late and nothing from the courier when it was coming

Velux windows and blinds are superbly designed! I’ve recently ordered two blinds for Velux windows that are about 40 years old but are still working well and the new blinds fit perfectly.
