After asking 3 of your recommended installers for quotes for installing 2 solar blinds I was disappointed with one of them. Two quotes were about the same but a third quoted £186 more for the same products. This installer has given me a bad impression of Velux after installation service.

Over priced products not yet delivered by a woeful under performing company. Get stock in the UK and provide next day delivery. Thirty years ago VELUX was a go to product but today it most certainly is not,

We received both the delivery order and the customer satisfaction survey before we received the blinds themselves. This was disconcerting both times as we assumed the delivery was lost/ stolen.

Been waiting nearly 3 weeks for delivery & still not received yet !!!

We're sorry to hear there was an issue with the delivery. After investigating with our carriers, it appears the item was lost in transit. We're pleased to have resolved this and arranged a replacement order with a new delivery date.

Installation of the unit was clear and easy with plenty of guidance in the paperwork and on line, however the pairing of the remote control was very unclear with nowhere explaining that you need to use a paper clip or small wire to press the pairing function on the remote unit. It took me a while to work out.

I would align your feedback to delivery performance as the product I’ve ordered is yet to be delivered. Asking for feedback prior to delivery is always going to elicit a more negative response.
