You’re asking me to complete a survey when it should have delivered yesterday but still hasn’t arrived. Which means I know need to call your office to find out where it is. Also you said 9-10 days for delivery. I ordered on 17th Feb and delivery due 2nd but it is now the 3rd. Tracking shows it’s been at customs since 26th.

After investigation with the carrier, this parcel was unfortunately held in customs longer than anticipated as it was shipped from overseas and encountered a slight delay.
