All of the windows are coded so there’s no measuring - you just enter the correct code. Installing ourselves was easy - we had one query and so we called and the agent was really helpful and talked us through.

Yes. I think the fitting instructions were very poor and I had to find a video on YouTube to show me how and then I realised how easy it was. I really think you are doing yourself an injustice by not using a similar approach. A link to a video could solve this very easily.

My blind arrived with a very small pin prick hole in it near the base. I am surprised that it left your factory. And would expect Some kind of refund

Although your webpage did state delivery would be in 7 - 10 working day my delivery took 11 days. Although this would normally be thought of as reasonable, because it was for a let holiday home this caused a complaint to be raised. This was to replace a previoud Velux blind. Competition companies offer delivery in 2-5 working days.
