No ability to accurately track delivery progress. I was literally told it was being delivered by a third party and just had to wait. Missed promised delivery date with no advanced notification that delivery wasn’t coming, having waited in all day. Very poor, with Velux customer service not seeming to care.

I am not keen on doing DIY but found the videos/fitting instructions very helpful and therefore fitting the blinds relatively straight forward even though our windows are in a high awkward position.

It's admirable that blinds are still available for windows as old as mine - and it's so easy. Just enter the code numbers displayed on the window's own identity plate, and you're done. Very impressed.

blind was missing the large box of screws and remote control. WE now have to wait over two months for the screws. terrible service for a £600 blind

I ordered the repair kit for clear lacquered wood. The lacquer is so easy to work with and, after sanding back my window frame to the wood again, it looks great again. You could add a final picture on your instructions to show that you clean the brush with water / soap, as I had to Google that to make sure (the writing on the actual bottle is VERY small, due to all the languages). Your delivery took a little while - I am in the UK and didn't know it would be coming all the way from Hungary! Still, I am glad I went with an original Velux product.
