Blind excellent (fourth we've bought for attic room), keeps room fully dark and feels warmer - perfect. BUT, delivery poor, left on front step for hours in steady rain, even though clear directions where to leave if no reply and, in any event, we were in. Doesn't detract from quality of product but should be noted.

It was easy to find the information I needed to order a replacement blind. In spite of the seven years I delayed before ordering a new blind to replace the one whose mechanism had broken, the old blind continued in use with the use of an expired bank card to keep it closed, but I think the new one is less likely to break because of the new system for altering the blind’s position. The replacement arrived promptly and was easily installed by my son. I would recommend Velux to anyone, they offer a really excellent service. Gill Seward

Excellent service and products. Slight delay on the original delivery date due to transport problem, but kept informed throughout by e mail. Would certainly recommend VELUX.

Items were delivered late and left by gate outside in pouring rain. There was no advanced notice that delivery would be made that day. Appalling!

I ordered one pole and received two. I have been unable to make contact with anyone to advise on how to return the unneeded item. There was a delay with my order which wasn’t a problem , but I wasn’t advised as to when to expect it .It was just left on my doorstep ! I can’t comment on Velux blinds because that wasn’t what I ordered .

I have never received the goods as Parcel Force left me a message to say they could not deliver on 28/11 and then will deliver on next working day. It NEVER arrived on Monday - Very poor notice given on time of delivery until AFTER they could not deliver! Tracking number EH870387115GB

The carrier attempted to deliver earlier than expected and then failed to deliver on the next working day as advised, which we sincerely apologize for. We can see that tracking indicates that the parcel was delivered on our expected delivery date of 02.12.2025.
