A screwdriver would have been useful as we had to go out and buy the right size when we had lready started the installation.

The price of the additional small plastic brackets (which were essential in order to fit the blind) was extortionate given that the price of the blind itself was already very high Removing the red plastic retaining clips was not easy

Had an issue with one of four deliverables.. slight dent on the packaging had transferred to a small dent on the actual blinded .. replaced with no issues
