No issues at all until Evri decided to just prop them against my door and not even ring the doorbell (I have video footage of this). We were both in and I was checking the tracking regularly so was lucky enough to see it quickly but they could have easily been stolen as it was clear from the packaging what they were.

Trying to get some velux repaired seems to be a problem. You have no way of helping to get them repaired as all your approved contractors are installers not repairers … the solar controlled windows fail and I can find any help to repair on your website

We ordered blind fabric samples but there was an error in your processing which led to it taking several weeks for us to receive them. The communications and tracking were contradictory and confusing.

Our first velux was delivered damaged due to courier but velux were amazing in getting another one to us urgently even though it was christmas time, they were totally understanding of our situation and we were so grateful.

Great Product, easy to install. Only major gripe is that I was buying replacement blinds and getting the old ones out was difficult. You need a clear video on your site (or with the new blinds) on how this is done. It's quite tricky and I had to look at third party youtube videos.
