why add a delivery free? There isn't another way to get them. Just include in the price

Our two smaller blinds were fine and once we’d worked out how to remove the old ones, fairly simple to replace. The larger blind came with a detached runner string. This was not seen until it was installed, whereupon we had to remove it and rethread it through the slats. If delivery hadn’t taken so long, we would have probably returned it, but as it was we managed the fairly fiddly repair job.

Pre-marking of drilling holes which corresponded to those needed for anti-heat blind installation was very helpful. Updating of changed delivery date was appreciated. Advice of customer support agent on installation was useful in clarifying printed instructions.

I had some problem fitting the side pieces, the plastic seal kept getting in the way, now I have done one , another one would be easy, but I think the instructions could make that clearer. Generally I liked the clip together nature of the fitting. The blind acts very well as a blackout and helps control solar heating.

4 different courier companies sends a flurry of emails you can't keep up with. 1 order, 1 courier, 1 delivery. No discussion. Blinds brackets were delivered in 4 large boxes that could house 30 in each box. I only ordered 4 and I expect it in one small box. Not fill my hallway with cardboard. Very very bad for the environment. Less cardboard is better.

Very disappointed with slow delivery. It's now well past advised delivery date Blind ordered on 30th June!! Even eBay is much better. I have now missed a job to repair/ replace the blind so very annoyed with Velux I thought I was buying for the best
