You shipped me an incorrect order and it seems extremely hard to confuse two different blinds with barcodes

I still haven’t receipt full order and you ask for feedback! Your delivery said 2-3 day and after 6 working days I was told that it was delayed and went away to come back to find a damaged box on the door step with half the order in

Given the excellent design and build of your products it would be extremely helpful if you could produce a sticker which doesn't leave a sticky residue on the aluminum when removed. Cleaning it off without leaving any solvent on the blind material is tricky!

Disappointed with quality of new blind (previous blind from a few years ago from you was far superior quality). New blind put up today was difficult - the side cords were rather short and very thin.
