Just a small point. I had arranged to be at home for delivery day. The blind was delivered earlier on a day we were not in. Would have preferred it not to have been left with a neighbour.
Delivery was a week earlier than expected which was amazing and the colour which I chose of a grey on the website with out a sample was perfect! Thank uou!
Replacing my Velux blinds was simple. Ordering is so easy if you use the codes which are on the windows. Delivery was quicker than expected and fitting was easy after removing the old ones - I had to use a YouTube video for guidance. The whole process is easy and stress free. Look forward to replacing them after another ten or so years.
I ordered a motorised blind that needs an an adapter. That should have been made clear on the website but was not. Incidentally, I cannot find the adapter on the website so am not sure where to source it!
The Blind is a very good, well engineered and thought out. We did not get a screwdriver in the pack, and the result was that we had to go out, find and buy one which was right fir the screws. This was frustrating. All the U Tube information led us to expect this tool in the package box. Shame to be let down by such a small thing.

I bought 2 blind adapters. They would look better, on my white blinds, if they were white rather than grey.
