We bought this to replace an existing Velux blinds that had broken (it was quite old). Your fitting instructions should explain how to remove the blind, particularly how to detach the blind from the clips without damaging them.

Velux is a highly recommended brand for roofline windows. I have 3 electric opening my new extension. So purchased the gateway to assist me in controlling their opening and closing.

Despite it being listed on all documentation as ‘blackout’ it wasn’t until it was fully installed we found it wasn’t! It was the wrong type. As pensioners we can’t afford to have this removed and reinstalled. All packaging has been removed and unable to check model type.

I found the website hard to navigate and wanted to be sure I was ordering the correct product so I rang customer services and the advisor was very helpful, she hand held me through my ordering online which was what I needed.

Superb quality product, instructions make installation simple, website video to assist should problems occur. Velux are definitely leaders in this market.

We have a very efficient company trying to get our choice of velux blinds to update our present windows. He has been given conflicting advice and an unhelpful contact. Apparently you are unable to match the colour we are keen on ...RAL v normal range for some reason you would not supply Marsh green! All in all very unhelpful and not what one would expect from a customer orientated company.
