Can’t understand why you don’t send all products at the same time, one can’t operate without the other. Had my window 6 weeks and still can’t use it. Frustrating to say the least.

The instructions need to be easier to decipher as for my specific window setup it wasn’t obvious which of the three instructions was the right one, having started on the first one and realising after 20 mins I was on the wrong track.

The flashing received were all bent and damaged. I emailed attaching pictures of the many areas bent and damaged but have received no response.

So impressed with availability of blinds for old windows, excellent system, very easy to fit and perfect for our purposes.
