The software to go with the VELUX window is complicated to access and install. When it works, it's an incredible product - literally I I've started using voice assist (Siri) now that I've installed the software and app and am getting more out of my windows and kitchen extension than ever before. If I may suggest: look at user experiences like signing into Netflix on a smart phone - it's one or two clicks. This process needs a human centred design like that - that's the bar we are used to. The delivery was a day later than promised - worth following up with delivery partners on this.
