I had a very scary experience about the delivery. I received an email that I need to be at home at 19 june. The package arrived at 16th June, but nobody texted me or called me. When it was 9 p.m at 19th June, I start to look after. I was shocked when I saw, there was written, my package was delivered. The deliver lied when he wrote, that he called me and I was aprooved him to collect the package myself. Nobody called me, nobody texed me about it. It's more convenient for them to place the pack at the post-office directly, then to find a location. Not was this the biggest problem. It was, that I didn't know where was exactly my package, because not was written there the adress of the post office. I didn't know if there is a collect office of GLS in my town or I need to go to the normal Post office. It was 9p.m, when I realized what was happened. I was scared, I lost a lot of money. Next day I went to the normal post office and I found it there. But was very scary. Was so hard to write a message to me : go to the post office, your package is there? So: the blinds are very nice, I am happy to have them, but the delivery is scary.
