Overall, easy shopping experience and very good quality product, which is easy to install. The instructions are easy to follow and concise. Previous blind had endured a long long time with constant use of 15+ years.
We had a problem with one of the blinds we ordered which was quickly and efficiently resolved.
I have requested to return 4 items that were not required. I am still waiting for a response to my request. Unfortunately, this experience has taken away from the excellent sales service.
Inspite of being supplied with the full address, the delivery label was incomplete had it not been for the helpful person in parcel force it would not have arrived.
Our order came in three separate deliveries. One box was damaged. One didn\'t come on day it was supposed to. So in all we had to stay at home 4 times to receive the order. Good job we aren\'t working! The delivery should arrive with all blinds and acessories on one day. Despite this the blinds are of good quality.
