It would have been nice to have a little more choice of colours in the standard range.
Instructions to fit Velux could have been clearer. I needed to resort to you tube video for clarification.
Great customer service. An error in product codes resulted in the wrong item originally. This was promptly replaced with no fuss by Velux UK
Despite the fact that I specified a precise delivery date because I knew I would not be at home on the date your system had stated, you still chose to deliver on that date. I then had to got the post office to collect my parcels, which was very inconvenient. What is the point of having a facility for the customer to choose a delivery date, and then you just ignore it?
It would also be beneficial to your review rating to deliver my order before you ask for a review. ( I still haven’t received my item!)
