I wish I had been told about the need for a specific blind opener. I can open the velux window but my ‘opening device’ can’t open and close the blinds!

It was reassuring to be able to find the exact product id of even quite an old window, and to know that the blind I was buying would fix properly. Which it did.

I had no contact from my initial order online eventually I rang and was told my order was coming that day or the next a little notice would have been appreciated otherwise the order was very easy and blinds are great
