Bought 2 blinds recently I had made an error with the first fitted then realized it was wrong checked the box and order and I had omitted a letter or number. I phoned to request a return and check if the one I had would fit my other window luckily it does and now fitted correctly the replacement has arrived and also fitted, The second is a newer upvc and is noticeably better than the one fitted to the wood frame window which lets in light at the top and sides and has a pin hole in the cloth not noticeable at dusk but shows in the sunlight
