There was nothing to say in the first package I received that it was only a part order and I spent nearly a hour trying to make it fit! If I\'d known I needed new fittings I would avoided so much frustration!!!
I was worried about installing them but I didn’t need to be. So very easy to change over
I ordered 2 blinds in error. I spoke to customer service who said they would keep an eye on my order and call me back. They did call me back, which is rare nowadays and processed my refund. Thank you VELUX
I Would definitely recommend buying from Velux blinds. Very happy with the quality and will replace all the old blinds we have now I know how good the service and blinds are.
It would have been nice to have a little more choice of colours in the standard range.
