My last blind lasted 25 years. It was so easy to order and fit a replacement. I have already recommended to my son who would like a blackout blind for his windows.

Delivery was a day late waited in on the Tuesday & it didn’t arrive,i then had to waste another day on the Wednesday,so please get a more reliable delivery service my time is important to me ( I have cancer ) was supposed to go to my granddaughter’s ill never get that day back

I purchased a Blackout Energy Pleated Blind, and while it functions effectively for the area it covers. When the blind is fully extended, it only covers about 95% of the window, leaving 5% uncovered. This allows light to pass through, defeating the purpose of the blackout and thermal insulation features.

I don\'t normally participate in these surveys as I think that the results are rather contrived. League tables of dissatisfied customers would be much more meaningful. On this occasion however I have to say that I found the customer support agent to be very helpful. She helped me to make appropriate purchases.

Not at all happy that having paid for two products one is delayed until mid January, no explanation given or compensation of any kind.

Our previous Velux blinds had been up for nearly 30 years. We had the rooms professionally decorated so thought it would be nice to have new blinds. They are lovely, we are delighted, easy to install too. Absolutely not complaints about the service it was brilliant. Thank you.
