Have received purchase, but no time to open, check or install yet, so cant answer fully, but nothing to criticise so far.
Excellent product and fitting instructions are idiot proof. Would definitely recommend. The only down side is the price as they are expensive., but I guess you get what you pay for!
Overall a great experience. The one area that was poor and with surprised me was the use of Torx screws which required a very small torx driver. I am a proper diy guru and have a garage full of tools, but none of my standard 100 set but driver sets had torx that small. Finally found one there fit in my electronics repair set. I’m surprised one wasn’t included like ikea do with Alan keys. Other than that lovely product, cleverly designed and very clear instructions. Well done.
Needed technical support to install hard wired electic blind. Help was excellent and meant I could quickly identify the issues and then the blind worked straight away. Excellent. I am very happy with the product. Would recommend.
