My only criticism is the instructions for replacing a blind. There is a video online which is too far from the man doing it to see clearly. The written instructions were very basic. I needed reassurance that releasing the top bar of the old blind takes a lot of pressure. I was doing it too gently for fear of breaking something. Luckily I watched a video on YouTube where a tradesman replaced a blind and talked you through it, which we really helpful x

The website encourages the customer to buy the fixing kit for the pleated black out blinds which was not necessary as they came with the blinds so I could have saved £20 ! But I did buy them online and they were easy to fit so I did save money rather than pay a blinds company to order and fit them for me !
I was apprehensive replacing a blind would be a challenge. Once I learned of the window codes I was more confident. Fitting it once arrived took 20mins. I was so impressed!
