Parcelforce didn\'t leave parcel with neighbour as requested. So how I\'ve got to travel 45min each way to collect it. Or not bother and order from elsewhere. Velux let down by an inflexible shit courier
Very happy with quality of product and overall ordering process. My only slightly negative point was that I was simply looking to replace an existing blind which had failed to retract and was simply looking to replace the stand alone blind. At no point in the ordering process was it made clear that the design had changed and that the new blind would also need new aluminium sliders/surrounds.
The fitting instructions are not very clear particularly when fitting to runner to the blind
The new controls for an old VELUX window product were fully interoperable and paired after following the process instructions
