You sent the brackets days after the blind. This causes the customer to start work fitting the blind only to find he has no brackets. Problem is that we have now spent two weeks with the window boarded up as the old blind was destroyed in removal.

Blind was a new design to my existing one, simpler and hopefully a bit more reliable. Instructions were a bit basic and took some working out but it appears to be operating as expected.

I requested the delivery to be made on the 2nd of September due to my availability but it was shipped early while I was away. not satisfied with delivery service not respecting requested date. Parcel force front desk was audibly swearing when I went to pick up “why is there a queue at ####ing 8am” not great customer service from your partners …… Overall not a great delivery experience

The ordering process did not identify that an additional mounting bracket kit would be required for my window. This had to be ordered after the blind could not be fitted and postage had to be paid twice.

The blind was delivered quickly but my fitter said it wasn\'t right because it didn\'t have any clips. he then picked one up from a builders merchant and fitted that. The clips arrived in the post long after the blind. I now have a redundant blind!

The address label missed key details, house name and postcode only! I\'m amazed the delivery company found us.
