Should be made clear that the adaptor for out of reach blinds is for each blind and not for the pole end. And at over £9 each for a small piece of plastic are somewhat overpriced. This is really my only criticism. All else is excellent.
Ordered fabric samples with a view to ordering a powered blind. Great to have the option to view and feel the quality of fabrics before purchase.
I paid £6 for a fixing kit which wasn’t included in the shipment, LI luckily the ones of the old non velum blind fitted.
ordered service kit which included pictorial instructions. I know that they have to be accessible for all languages but some of the pictures were not fully self explanatory. For example, service kit included sand paper with no explanation of what it was for. Had to ring Helpdesk for assistance as I couldn\'t get the solar powered sunroof to work after I had serviced it. ( this was entirely user error on my part and nothing to do with the service kit) and the response was quick and very helpful. Not the first time I have had to ring the Helpdesk but with the same helpful knowledgeable and successful outcome.Thank you!
Replacing velux blind that had lasted 16 years. Have fitted several before but this one seemed more difficult to get aligned.
