There was some damage to the edge of the window, unfortunately it had to be fitted due to making the property watertight.
I only received 1 item if my order I am still awaiting my velux window fixings and the second blackout blind the person I spoke to on customer service was ignorant of your products and told me to arrange for replacement blind ended call luckily I rang back and spoke to an assistant who was really helpful and talked me through issue and arranged for the delivery of mt order which was placed on 8 January making me feel a valued customer and not a nuisance
Some time after I placed tge order I got the acknowledgement which I should\'ve read as it is entirely different to what I ordered. The product to an age to arrive and your return process makes ne feel like a criminal
We requested a delivery date so we would be in for the delivery of the blinds totally ignored and we were not in so they were left at a local post office we did not know which one as it did not say we eventually found out where they were
Didn\'t realise I needed a special screwdriver for the screws. Once we realised that it all got much easier
Such good quality and precise made to measure blinds! They were a perfect fit and look so smart!
