Firstly, your courier is terrible. They simply left my expensive Velix blind package at the front door in the rain without ringing the doorbell. The corner of the packaging was badly damaged (looked like it had been thrown about) which meant one of the side guide rails was distorted. Thankfull I was able to gently coax it back straight again or else the blind would have been useless. Someone of lesser ability would have been left with an expensive and useless set of parts. Secondly, why have you started charging for £6 for 2 injection moulded plastic brackets which cost a fraction of a pence to make? These used to be included with each blind and are essential, NOT an optional extra. Come on Velux, either charge a LOT less for these or include them in the pack. I know that these are CHEAP to make so felt very agrieved to have to spend £6 for them. Imagine if you got asked to pay £6 for 2 Lego blocks, you would feel you had been ripped off and there is a lot more technical features in a Lego block. You have a good product system and the blinds work well but please use a better courier service and quit ripping off your customers by selling them overpriced pieces of injection moulded plastic.

Replacement blind ordered was a clear upgrade from the original and super easy to self install.

This was a replacement blackout-blind order and, as with the first one, purchased some ten years ago, I was very impressed with the design, helpful installation instructions and the ingenious method of installation arrangements.

We loved the choice of colours! We were able to match the purple colour of our home-cinema walls almost perfectly.

Instructions for fitting the solar blind were much less complete than the ordinary blind instructions and required the blind to be uninstalled and started again

Tell clients to use QR code and the little booklet of instructions as that makes it much easier to fit the new blind.

It's good that accessories are still available for Velux windows that are now 40 years old.

Never had a problem with Velux before and I would have rated them as 10/10, but with mounting brackets send separately, this is a deal breaker for me, multiple reasons not just because it’s arrived after the blind. The blind arrived and I took it to the client and upon opening, no mounting brackets. Selling them as an additional extra, I have no issue with Velux generating additional revenue regardless of how they sell the bracket issue, but sending them separately, Whi made that decision for your operations??? Please review that decision, Madness, I have never looked at other suppliers for blinds but I will now and who knows they may have a worse system, time will tell. I love your products but this bracket issue sent separately is insane.

I was so impressed with the quality of these blinds. An incredible amount of thought has went into their design. They are so easy to install. I am delighted.
