No communication about delivery, had to wait in all day. I get more delivery communication on a £5 Vinted t-shirt. Very poor.

It was lovely to speak to customer service department who were extremely knowledgeable on the products and nothing was too much trouble. They spent time explaining what I needed and saved me money as well. Such a refreshing change to speak to team who epitomised the meaning of service. Please pass on my thanks

I have not received my order in spite of receiving a delivery note by email.
