Excellent service I have brought these before. One little light him did not come with the main item but arrived two days later. That would be my only disappointment as when something arrives I like to get on it straight away
I had some problems in removing the old blind but, after that, installation of the new blind was straightforward.
Still waiting for delivery. Its 13th was told the 11th when ordered. According to tracking system its still in depot waiting delivery. Have had to install old blanket to stop early morning light in guest room.
I have only got 1/2 my order when all should have been delivered on Friday. Terrible service
Samples arrived within a few days and we were to get a precise colour match for our decor. We eventually decided on the pleated blind which has the additional bonus of insulation which is making a significant difference.
