Tracking was poor. Item was showing to be delivered yet nothing came. Delivered eventually the day after.

I ordered 3 windows. One had to be returned as was cracked.I received a replacement in under a week so no issues. Both the other windows had dents in the metal parts that I had to straighten out. It\'s possible that all the damage was caused during transport. Apart from this I received a very good service.
