One of my to velux windows where damaged which was discovered as we started fitting. I contacted yourself and was very pleased with the swift response and turnaround in receiving a replacement, however the delivery of the original order could of been better due to the fact the diver was very unresponsive and didn’t seem to any pride in his work hence possibly the damage to the window??? On returning the damaged velux the diver would not take it away because it was not on a pallet although it didn’t arrive on a pallet this was very frustrating. But all in all very good company to deal with thank you
I think people won’t realise it’s coming from another country and may take longer than expected

Thanks for your feedback. We ship directly from VELUX warehouses. While most stock is in the UK, not everything is always available. The blind you ordered came from VELUX's Danish warehouse, with an estimated lead time of 11-13 working days which was communicated at the time of ordering. Despite this, we managed to deliver it in half the time. I hope our communication regarding lead-time and delivery dates was clear and that the product meets your expectations of VELUX quality.

Didn\'t have any problems with your side of the order. The only problem was the fitting instructions which were too small and not clear enough. Luckily YouTube helped me out.

Sharifa made my telephone support call very pleasant and informative she is knowledgeable and has a beautiful easy manner on the phone I was extremely happy with her advice and purchased because of her help
